The first digital education project in the country, the e-Classroom Project by the Education Department of the Rajasthan government, introduces a unique and pioneering initiative for digital education in the nation.

Under the project e-Classroom, the Education Department has initiated providing free digital education for students from grades 6 to 12 in all schools. Selected teachers from the department are preparing digital teaching materials themselves and carrying out video recordings and presentations in studios.

Rajasthan has become a leading state in the country by having its government school teachers organize digital content from their videos for use in schools. Mission Gyan is providing technical support for this project, and Vedanta Care India is also assisting.

Under this project, recorded videos for all subjects from grades 6 to 12 are being prepared as digital teaching materials. This digital content has been designed in simple Hindi to align with the state curriculum textbooks.

The main aim of the e-Education program is to create an e-Library for each secondary school in Rajasthan, which will help maintain regular teaching in schools in case of teacher unavailability.

This educational material can be accessed through Android mobile phones, ICT labs, the e-Classroom YouTube channel, and the app.

Through this project, an e-Library will be set up in 1 lakh 3 thousand schools across the state, featuring video and audio content for all subjects from grades 6 to 12.

This e-Library will be delivered to all schools within the next two months.

Course curriculum will also be made available on hard disks for administrators so that teachers can conduct lessons directly on computers when there is no internet access.

The educational broadcasts of the e-Classroom program will also be aired on Doordarshan for educational viewing.

The goal of e-Education is to advance education in Rajasthan regardless of circumstances with the motto "Rajasthan will learn, Rajasthan will grow."
